Our MSDT program of 5
Specialties includes; transportation to/from our housing to the
resort, staff lunches, specialty dives, use of specialty/diving
equipment, copies of the related student level books & slates for
you to keep (over $200 in value), Specialty Instructor Manual
(digital or paper version, over $175 in value) and costs $750. PADI
fees are $42 per Specialty Instructor rating and must be paid
directly to PADI. Additional Instructor Specialties can be added to
the program for $100 each.
Our MSDT program embodies
the spirit of adventure and exploration (after 2 weeks studying we
are excited to get back to diving too!). For example, depending on
what specialty ratings you chose we may visit the most exotic diving
locales in the Bay Islands like:
A trip to one of the many
Cayes or Islands around Roatan (Cayos Cochinos, Pigeon Cay, Morat
Wall, etc) to dive the seamounts or walls (weather permitting) that
offers the best diving in the Bay Islands.
A one-tank dive to
Insidious Reef for a face to face encounter with lots of
Caribbean
Reef Sharks to increase your awareness of the challenges faced by
global shark populations.

A
day trip to Coco View Resort to dive the oldest wreck in the Bay
Islands the ‘Prince Albert’, tour the magnificent walls & visit the
resort.
Available Instructor
Specialty’s include: Fish ID, Wreck, Deep, Digital Underwater
Photographer, Video, Naturalist, Night, Nitrox, Gas Blender, Diver
Propulsion Vehicle, Equipment (with a Mares Technician
Certification the only place this is available in the Bay Islands)
Drift, Multilevel, Search & Recovery, Navigation, Distinctive Whale
Shark & Shark Awareness Specialties and PADIs newest Specialty -
Emergency Oxygen.
We also offer all of the
DAN (Divers Alert Network) courses to Instructor level. |
