Roatan IDC Staff Instructor CourseWe have 1 spot per IDC available for a PADI MSDT Instructor to become an IDC Staff Instructor with us. This is a very important junction in a PADI career and we want to ensure the highest quality mentoring available, so we limit our program to 1 IDC Staff candidate per IDC. You will spend 2 days prior to an IDC one on one with our Course Director. During these 2 days you will further enhance your teaching skills, dive theory knowledge, and learn about evaluating & effectively coaching IDC Candidates. IDC Staff Instructors are able to independently teach the Assistant Instructor Course, assist a Course Director on an IDC & Specialty Instructor Courses. The IDC Staff Instructor Course fee is $600, required materials are; Evaluation Slates $40, Course Director Manual (contact for price – paper or digital) PADI fee $95 Accommodation is not included in this course but if room is available you can stay in our intern house for $ 10 per night. Or we'd be happy to make other arrangements for you.
